• Engage in activities that may damage the service's operation
• Use the service in bulk or automated ways (unless explicitly authorized)
• Resell or redistribute service access rights

Credit System

• Single Video: One-time purchase for individual video generation
• Credit Packs: Bulk purchase options for multiple video generations
• No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire and can be used at any time

Payment Terms

• All fees are processed securely through our payment partner
• Credit purchases are one-time transactions
• Each video generation consumes one credit from your account
• Prices may change, but purchased credits remain valid
• Refund policy: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits

Credit Usage

• Credits are automatically deducted when you generate a video
• You can check your credit balance in your account dashboard
• Additional credits can be purchased at any time
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your uploaded images
• You own the usage rights to generated emoji videos
• You grant us permission to process your images to provide the service
• You ensure you have necessary rights to uploaded content

Our Intellectual Property

• The service's technology, software, and design belong to us
• AI models and algorithms are protected by intellectual property rights
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology
• The "EmojiDance.Video" trademark belongs to us

Service Level

• We strive to provide 99.8% service availability
• Processing time typically ranges from 2-5 minutes depending on complexity
• Support for common image formats
• High-quality video output

Service Limitations

• Single image file size limit of 10MB
• Generated video length varies based on processing requirements
• Hourly generation limits may apply
• We reserve the right to limit usage when necessary

Your privacy is important to us. Our data processing practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Uploaded images are only temporarily stored during processing
• Original images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
• Generated videos are retained for 30 days for download
• We do not use your content for other purposes

Service "As Is"

• We do not guarantee the service is completely error-free or uninterrupted
• AI generation results may vary based on input image quality
• We are not responsible for the accuracy or suitability of generated content
• External service dependencies may occasionally affect our service performance

Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the service fees you have paid
• We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages
• You assume the risk of using generated content

Your Termination Rights

• You may request deletion of your account and related data
